A Note on Your Tracking Updates
Because we ship exclusively through official carrier partnerships with DPD, DHL, and UPS, our shipments move through dedicated logistics channels that operate differently from standard consumer parcels.
What this means in practice: tracking activity on 17track typically won’t appear until 5–10 days after your dispatch confirmation email. This is completely normal and simply reflects how our authorized carrier network processes and handoffs shipments — not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
Once your tracking goes live, you can expect delivery to your door within approximately 15 days from dispatch. No collection points, no missed delivery cards to chase — it comes straight to you.
